KILOMETRE POINTS AID STATIONS, WC AND MEDICAL SUPPORT

Depending on the kilometre points where the aid stations are located, they may have a different layout and various types of products and services (provisional layout):

KM 4.6: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius). There will be a medical station and portable toilets.
KM 7.3: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius).
KM 9.4: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius). There will be a medical station and portable toilets.
KM 11.8: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius).
KM 15.3: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius). There will be a medical station and portable toilets.
KM 18: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius).
KM 20.7: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water, isotonic drink (Aquarius) and 226ERS gels. There will be a medical station and portable toilets.
KM 22.7: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink. Sponges.
KM 25.4: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius). There will be a medical station and portable toilets, as well as solid food.
KM 27.4: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water, isotonic drink (Aquarius).
KM 29.6: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius), 226ERS gels and energy gummies, as well as solid food. There will be a medical station and portable toilets.
KM 32.7: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius). Sponges.
KM 34: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water, isotonic drink (Aquarius), as well as solid food. There will be a medical station and portable toilets.
KM 36.8: Located on the left side of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius), as well as solid food.
KM 40.3: Located on both sides of the road. Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Aquarius), as well as solid food. There will be a medical station and portable toilets.
FINISH: Aid station with water and isotonic drink (Powerade) and solid food. There will be a medical station and portable toilets.

IMPORTANT

The aid stations are designed to serve the 17,000 marathon runners. All of them will have a large number of tables where the products will be placed. Runners are asked not to take drinks from the first tables at the initial aid stations to avoid congesting the area.
At Kilometre Points 23.3 and 32.7 there will be sponges in addition to water and isotonic drinks.

MEDICAL SUPPORT

In addition to the medical support at the marathon aid stations (kilometres 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40), there will be a medical station after the finish line and at the start. A physiotherapy and podiatry service will also be available in this area exclusively for injured runners.

The organisers recommend having a medical check-up prior to the marathon and practising sport responsibly and always under the supervision of coaches and qualified personnel.
