RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE ZURICH SEVILLE MARATHON 2027 KIDS' RACES

ARTICLE 1: NAME AND ORGANIZATION

The Municipal Sports Institute of the Seville City Council organizes, together with Sport Life Ibérica S.A., the 11th Zurich Seville Marathon Kids Race, to be held on Saturday, February 20, 2027 at 10:30 a.m., in which all children under the age of 14 may participate without any distinction.

ARTICLE 2. DATE, TIME AND VENUE

The races will start at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 20 at Plaza de América, inside María Luisa Park.

ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION

All children under the age of 14 may participate without any distinction. The maximum number of children is set at 1,000.

ARTICLE 4. CATEGORIES

Toddlers: born in 2025 onwards.
Under 4: born in 2023 and 2024.
Under 6: born in 2021 and 2022.
Under 8: born in 2019 and 2020.
Under 10: born in 2017 and 2018.
Under 12: born in 2015 and 2016.
Under 14: born in 2013 and 2014.

ARTICLE 5. DISTANCES

The distances will be adapted to the children's ages, and in each age category, they will be:

Toddlers: 50 meters
Under 4: 50 meters
Under 6: 100 meters
Under 8: 150 meters
Under 10: 250 meters
Under 12: 500 meters
Under 14: 1000 meters.

ARTICLE 6. REGISTRATION

ARTICLE 7. BIB PICK-UP

For the Kids categories, bibs must be collected upon presentation of the registration confirmation at pavilion no. 2 of FIBES throughout Friday, February 19 at the counters set up at the Marathon Expo (from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.) or on Saturday the 20th in the start area of the Kids Races (Plaza de América opposite the Archaeological Museum) from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

ARTICLE 8. PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION

It will be mandatory to complete the parental authorization form for participation in this race, which must be presented when collecting the bibs.

ARTICLE 9. ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLICATION (DATA PROTECTION POLICY)

In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on personal data protection and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that your personal data will be processed and incorporated into files under the responsibility of the Municipal Sports Institute of Seville, as well as Sport Life Ibérica S.A, registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The collection and processing of personal data incorporated into the files is intended for the registration of participants, as well as informing them about all matters related to the Zurich Seville Marathon Kids Races.

The Municipal Sports Institute of Seville and Sport Life Ibérica S.A. undertake to comply with the obligations regarding technical, organizational and security measures established in the Regulation implementing Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on personal data protection and guarantee of digital rights.

The personal data provided, as well as any images and videos captured during the event, will be used for the purposes of the event itself, as well as for its dissemination.

By registering, you declare that you have been informed of the terms contained herein and expressly consent to your personal data being processed for the aforementioned purposes.
