The Zurich Seville Marathon 2027 will take place on February 21, 2027 in the city of Seville, with the race starting at 08:30 from Avenida de María Luisa, at the Casino de la Exposición. The Finish Line will be located on Paseo de las Delicias, at Glorieta de Buenos Aires.
Yes. The time limit to finish the marathon is 6 hours, from the start of the last runner, with the finish line closing at 15:00.
From April 9, 2026, until Monday February 15, 2027, at 23:59 h or until the 20,000 available race bibs are sold out.

Race bibs and runner bags will be distributed exclusively at the EXPO MARATHON, (FIBES, Avda. Alcalde Luis Uruñuela, 1, CP 41020 Seville.), continuously on Friday February 19 from 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturday February 20, 2027 from 10:00 to 20:00. Access is free for runners and companions.
To collect the race bib, you must present the receipt / copy of the registration and your ID / Passport or another document proving the runner's identity. To collect the runner bag you must be in possession of the race bib.
If a runner is unable to collect their race bib, it may be collected by another person provided they carry the receipt or copy of the registration plus a photocopy of the ID and a signed authorization from said runner.
Under no circumstances will race bibs or runner bags be distributed on race day.
The runner bag includes the official technical apparel of the Zurich Seville Marathon 2027, the mandatory bag for use in the bag drop area, bag drop sticker, sponge, AIMS magazine, plus different gifts provided by the Marathon sponsors.
The chip in the 42nd edition of the Zurich Seville Marathon will be a bib-chip, attached to the back of the race bib. It does not need to be returned once the race has been completed.
Yes. In case of a medical emergency, having those details correctly filled in will allow action to be taken more quickly and efficiently in case of allergies, any illness that needs to be known or to notify a family member or acquaintance more rapidly.
Yes. The organization will provide a bag drop service. It will be located on Avenida Santiago Montoto, in the port of Seville, near the Aquarium. The opening hours will be from 6:45 h until 15:30 h.
Yes. The organization will provide portable toilets located in the Start and Finish areas, as well as at different points along the course (kilometers 5, 10, 15, half marathon, 25, 30, 35 and 40).

Yes. The Marathon rules are set out in the regulations and are mandatory knowledge and compliance for all participants. Lack of knowledge of the regulations does not exempt anyone from compliance.
NO. Following runners by motorbike or bicycle is strictly prohibited. The Local Police have express orders to remove from the course anyone who breaches this rule, in order to prevent any accident involving the runners themselves, the public, or members of the organization.
Yes. There will be start corrals for WORLD ELITE, SUB ELITE, Sub 2h 45’, Sub 3h, Sub 3h 15’, Sub 3h 30’, Sub 3h 45’, Sub 4h and over 4h times. To access these corrals it is necessary to inform the organization at the time of registration which corral you wish to apply for and your certified personal best, which must be equal to or faster than the time of the corral you wish to apply for (only times achieved in the last 2 years and in officially certified Marathon and Half Marathon races will be valid).
Yes. The Zurich Seville Marathon 2026 plans to organize the start in several waves in order to improve the comfort and safety of all runners, according to the order of certified times. Every participant will receive an email sufficiently in advance with notification of the wave assigned to them, which will also be indicated on the bib number.
Yes, Half Marathon times will be accepted as valid provided they were achieved in officially certified races and within the last two years. The equivalencies are sub 1h01’ (men’s world elite), sub 1h07’ (women’s world elite) sub 1h 05' (men’s elite), sub 1h 13' (women’s elite), sub 1h08’ (sub 2h30’), sub 1h 15’ (sub 2h 45’), sub 1h 22’ (sub 3h), sub 1h 28’ (sub 3h 15’), sub 1h 35’ (sub 3h 30’), sub 1h 40’ (sub 3h 45’) and sub 1h 45’ (sub 4h).
Regarding the assignment of start corrals, the Organization will allow editing of the times entered in the registration form until January 18, 2027. After that date, it will not be possible to change corrals. No changes to the start corrals will be made at the EXPO MARATHON.
Yes. The organization will provide pacers for times of 2:45 h, 3:00 h, 3:15 h, 3:30 h, 3:45 h, 4:00 h, 4:30 h and 5:00 h. They will be positioned at the front of each corral corresponding to the target time and will be identified with a flag and a personalized T-shirt.
The request for Finisher medal engraving will be available online until Sunday, January 24,
2027 at 23:59 h. After this deadline you may request engraving at the Expo Marathon,
at the Todotrofeo stand, for a price of €10.

Remember that if you purchased the finisher T-shirt during the online registration process for the Zurich Seville Marathon 2027, you must go to the Merchandising stand located at the Expo Marathon to collect it. There will be an exclusive area to collect the finisher T-shirt at the Expo Marathon.
