GENERAL INFORMATION

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

The Organization will provide a bag check service where runners can leave their belongings, located on Avenida Santiago Montoto, in the Port of Seville, near the Aquarium.

The bag check schedule will be from 6:45 to 15:30 h.

Due to the 500-meter distance from the bag check to the Start Line, participants are requested to arrive early enough to drop off their belongings.

CONSIDERATIONS

• For security reasons, the Organization staff will ask runners to open their bags before leaving them, in order to check their contents. If a runner refuses to open a bag, the Organization will decline to collect it.
• Please do not leave valuables in the bags. The Organization is not responsible for the items deposited.
• Leaving belongings will not be allowed starting 20 minutes before each wave, which means:

• First wave: deadline to leave belongings: 8:10 in the morning.
• Second wave: deadline to leave belongings: 8:14 in the morning.
• Third wave: deadline to leave belongings: 8:20 in the morning.
• Fourth wave: deadline to leave belongings: 8:27 in the morning.
• Fifth wave: deadline to leave belongings: 8:32 in the morning.

BAG CHECK FLOW

The Start Line of the Zurich Seville Marathon will be located on Avenida de María Luisa, next to the Casino de la Exposición.

Runners arriving at the Start Line from Paseo de las Delicias, or via Puente de los Remedios, must go to the Bag Check area, located on Avenida Santiago Montoto (in the Port of Seville), passing through the lower port area, and entering the actual bag check area, which is the upper part, from the Aquarium area, and once they have dropped off their belongings, they must head to the Glorieta de Marineros, from where they will access the Start Corrals. If you arrive at the race from Paseo de las Delicias, or via Puente de los Remedios and do not have belongings to leave at the Bag Check, you must go directly to the corrals, which will be accessed from the Glorieta de Marineros.

Runners arriving at the Start Line from Avenida de la Guardia Civil, Avenida de Molini or Paseo de la Palmera must go to the Bag Check area, located on Avenida Santiago Montoto (in the Port of Seville), which is a street parallel to the start, and once they have dropped off their belongings, they must head to the Glorieta de Marineros, from where they will access the Start Corrals. If you arrive at the race from Avenida de la Guardia Civil, Avenida de Molini or Paseo de la Palmera and do not have belongings to leave at the Bag Check, you must go to the corrals at the Glorieta de Marineros, through the port, the bag check area or the lower port area.

Runners will access the start corrals through the Glorieta de Marineros, at the intersection between Paseo de las Delicias, Puente de los Remedios, and Avenida de María Luisa.

In that area, there will be a checkpoint, where only runners wearing their bib may pass.

From that point, there will be lateral lanes for runners, who will head to their corral and enter from the sides into the assigned corral for each runner.

IMPORTANT

• When picking up the bib, runners will be given the race bag, which will be the bag used to leave belongings at the bag check. Along with the bag, a sticker with the bib number will be provided, which must be placed on the bag in the designated area to ensure proper identification.
• Only the race bag may be left at the bag check, with the runner’s belongings inside. No other type of bag will be accepted. The bag dimensions are 60x46 cm, being large enough to fit a backpack and all the runner’s belongings.
